'BLACK BEAUTY' Peony (Paeonia x lactiflora 'black beauty')

To say 'Black Beauty' is striking understates its impressive impact in the mid-season garden. The 6"-7" deep mahogany-red blooms with a twinkling yellow center of stamen are not actually black, but they are amongst the deepest maroon available. A mid-season selection, it will fill the garden with fragrance and long-lasting flowers that are ideal for cutting from 24"-30" plants. EXTREMELY LIMITED QUANTITY.
