'DORIA' Roselily (Lilium x orientalis 'doria')
Impossible de charger la disponibilité du service de retrait
Elegant and fragrant in the garden, these star-shaped flowers are perfect for planting in garden beds or in container pots. Resembling lotus flowers, the 6-8" blossoms are a rich-pink with white edging and dark-pink stippling. Once established in the garden, 'Doria' will grow to 40" in height.
Roselilies are a newer and very popular type of oriental lily. The yellow pollen-bearing anthers are replaced by a second set of 'petals' giving this flower its full appearance and lighter perfume. Roselilies are slow to get going in the spring and often don't bloom until mid to late-summer.
Known for their dazzling blossoms, the garden lily is an essential part of any summer garden. We only carry these voluptuous beauties for a short time in the spring and fall as they prefer to be in the ground and not on the store shelf. The living bulbs are perishable if not stored properly and when they are ready to sprout, there is no stopping them! If you happen to miss your opportunity at planting the bulbs for yourself, standby and catch our cut-flowers later in the summer.
