'ANGEL WHITE' Early-flowering Lilac (Syringa vulgaris x hyacinthiflora var. 'angel white')

One of the best lilacs for warmer winter areas. Spectacular clusters of fragrant pure white flowers produced without winter chilling! This mid-season bloomer typically flowers in mid-May. The open-branched, upright form makes a great hedge, screen or accent. Deciduous. This selection is particularly well suited to regions of the country that cannot usually support lilacs. 'Angel White' will bloom into Zone 10, although not as robustly as it does in cooler regions.
