You will look twice over this glorious, rose-formed bud, when it opens to show off a 6" blossom with layer upon layer of delicious pink petals. As time goes on, 'Bella Donna' changes to a more pale-pink hue with carmine-red edging on some of its velvety petals. A classic-peony fragrance makes it an even more special addition to borders, cutting gardens, and in vases. Height to 38". Mid-season blooming. EXTREMELY LIMITED QUANTITY. (Nieuwenhuizen, 1935).
