'BLUE SKIES' Common Lilac (Syringa vulgaris x 'Monore' var. 'blue skies')

'Blue Skies' is one of the few blue lilacs that is more blue than lavender. The more mature the shrub gets, the more blue the flowers. Also, the colder the zone you grow 'Blue Skies', the bluer the blossoms. This lilac is a gentle shrub for the garden, growing only to 10 feet tall and 6 wide.
