'CAYUGA WHITE' Grape (Vitis x labrusca 'cayuga')

'Cayuga' is primarily a wine-producing grape, but has enough punch to also make it useful for fresh eating. This grape was produced by Cornell University and has become a grape of choice amongst cold-climate wine producers. It is one of the most prolific bearing varietals and in good growing conditions may actually require fruit removal to produce its best wine attributes. Reliable and cold hardy.
