'TERRA COTTA STAR' Amaryllis (Hippeastrum x 'terra cotta star')
This sumptuous beauty is an unusual blend of orange, brick, salmon, peach and pink, depending on how the winter’s light plays across it. It’s perfectly formed flowers are etched with brick-red veins and topped off with a hazy chartreuse-green star at its center. 'Terra Cotta Star' has large blooms of 6-7" Diameter. Each bulb will produce 2-3 stems that grow to an average of 20-24 inches in height with 4-6 blossoms per stem.
Amaryllis, also known as Knight's Star Lily, is a popular holiday choice for a reason. These plants offer a beautiful display for the Winter Holidays and are a reliable green houseplant.
