Awful disorganized unprofessional

Had to make dozens of phone calls and emails just to find when my order will be shipped. When it eventually shipped very late and postponed couple of my travel plans one of the root didn’t come until now January 2025 which has promised they will mail the refund check. Take my money if that’s make you feel happy. Telling customer to leave a review after you treat them so badly kind of embarrassment. This company doesn’t know how to run a company
