'HONEY GOLD' Peony (Paeonia x lactiflora 'honey gold')
Couldn't load pickup availability
A unique, Japanese-form peony flower, this stunner has creamy-white outer guard petals surrounding a center of golden-yellow and occasionally even more creamy-white petaloids tinged in shell-pink! Foliage is glossy, emerald-green and remains attractive until frost, at which time it should be cut to the ground. 'Honey Gold' is best grown in full sun, but can tolerate some light afternoon shade. This fragrant selection makes an interesting garden addition and good cut-flower. Blooms in the late-spring to early-summer.
Zones 3-8
Bare roots are available only in the fall/winter. 2/3-eyes.
