Bred at the University of CT to commemorate its basketball prowess, this extremely cold hardy selection features huge trusses of salmon-pink bloom with prominent orange-yellow throats. Profuse blooming, it forms a full, compact plant in the landscape. Huge amounts of spring bloom. Outstanding color combination with salmon pink flowers color along with orange-yellow flower throats. Dense, round, full form that is perfect for larger foundation planting or grouped to form a semi-shade border planting. Grows to 5' tall and around.
