This is one of those varieties that pictures just don’t do justice. One of our favorite dark-colored varieties, we have several clumps planted prominently along a path in our display garden, and it is always among the most admired. Deep black blooms make a great complement to pretty much any other color. We have it planted by a bright orange (Jersey Spider) which looks great.
