'MORNING LILAC' Itoh Peony (Paeonia x intersectional 'morning lilac')

This highly floriferous variety features bright fuchsia-purple, 8" semi-double blooms, with a touch of deep-purple. Golden-yellow stamens fill the center of the flowers and contrast beautifully with the darker petals. With its attractive shrub nature, 'Morning Lilac' remains a decorative garden addition even when not in bloom. Dark-green leaves with purple shading turn gray-green in summer, then bright-orange and red in the fall. EXTREMELY LIMITED QUANTITY.

Didn’t expect to receive the roots now i really thought it will be fall planting. It’s planted in the pot as I don’t have my garden beds ready. Big roots already sprouting. Not sure if I will get blooms next spring as it should be planting in the fall.
