Introduced in 1995, 'Anne Oveson' is a mid-season, semi-double, pink-flowering peony. Princess-pink flowers reach up to 8-inches across with fuchsia stigmas and yellow stamens. It is extremely sought-after by collectors and by floral designers and is very popular for weddings. On average there are 2 flowers per stem. The plant has an upright growth habit to 36", handsome foliage with broad pointed leaves. Very difficult to find and in great demand! EXTREMELY LIMITED QUANTITIES. Only one (1) root per customer! (Tolomeo, 2005).
