'CORAL 'n' GOLD' Peony (Paeonia x lactiflora 'coral n gold'

'Coral 'n' Gold' is a wonderful large-flowered peony variety with upward-facing, cup-shaped petals that hold a center of golden-yellow stamen. Really a delightfully informal flower that brings every bit of joy imaginable to the garden. The APS register has this flower-form listed as a single variety, but it actually has two rows of guard petals. It's cheerful form and color will add warmth to the early garden as only a peony can. 36" sturdy stems support a single blossom each. Excellent increase and adventitious roots make this selection an excellent choice for dividing up with your friends or keep all the joy for yourself and spread them around your gardens for a even more spectacular display.
