'LITTLE RED HEAD' Peony (Paeonia x lactiflora 'little red head')

Ball-form blossom with one bud per stem make this a perfect cutting peony. Unremarkable fragrance. Small in stature at only 18"- 20" in height. Fire-engine red, bomb-shaped flowers with attractive foliage of very handsome texture and proportion. Late-season and average vigor. Good stem strength. (Klehm, 2003).
