'MAJESTY'S SCEPTER' Peony (Paeonia x lactiflora 'majesty's scepter')

SEMI-DOUBLE. Flowers open rosy-pink with soft light-yellow at base of petals, then fade through blush-pink to cream as they mature. Blooms are 6 to 7 inches in size, with a delightful fragrance, one per stem. Large rounded petals, 2 inches wide. Early mid-season bloom. Height to 28 inches with narrow, upright, self-supporting growth habit. (Anderson/Swenson, 2014).
