'PRETTY LADY' Tree Peony (Paeonia x rockii 'flare pretty lady')

Flare tree peony 'Pretty Lady' (Jing Cheng Zi) has purplish-red, fragrant blossoms. The 6-inch flowers are generally semi-double but as the tree matures, the blossoms become more fully-double. A variety of flower types, such as the anemone, chrysanthemum and lotus, often appear together giving the tree an unique look each year. A mature 'Pretty Lady' can be for than 7-feet in height and width and will reliably produce an abundance of blossoms.
