Introduced as 'Capital Dome' (with an 'A'), 'Capitol Dome' (with an 'O') is a mid-season, bomb-type, fully-double, pure-white, peony with a light fragrance, strong 36" stems, clean bright-green foliage, and perfect stem length for cutting. This huge 10" blossom will steal the show with any utility whether in a cut arrangement or perfectly positioned in the perennial garden.
