'HEAVENLY WHITE' Peony (Paeonia x lactiflora 'heavenly white')

Early/mid-season bloom period. DOUBLE, one flower per stem, 6-7 inches, white. Rounded petals cupped, notched, ruffled. Stamens and pollen impart yellow hue to depths of flower. Filaments pink at base, yellow towards tip. Stigmas pink. Fragrant. Early foliage burgundy to green. Broad pointed foliage, upright growth habit, average height 28-30 inches. (Anderson/Swenson, 2018).

Zones 3-7.

Bare roots are only available in the late-fall and winter.
