'JOYFUL MOON' Peony (Paeonia x lactiflora 'joyful moon')

Early mid-season blooming, fully-double 5-inch blossoms borne one bloom per stem. Moonlight-yellow. Guard petals are rounded, shallowly notched, and slightly ruffled. Inner petals are also notched and ruffled. Fragrant. Early foliage emerges green. Upright growth habit, height 26 inches; support not needed. (Anderson/Swenson Gardens. 2019).

Bare roots are available only in the late-fall and winter. 3/5-eye.
