'MAJESTY'S CRIMSON' Peony (Paeonia x lactiflora 'majesty's crimson')

Introduced in 2017 this still rare single, crimson-red, 6" flower arrives one per stem. A cluster of golden-yellow stamen adorn the center making a spectacle in contrast. Scentless. Foliage is green on emergence turning blue-green at maturity. Height to 30 inches, upright self-supporting growth habit. EXTREMELY LIMITED QUANTITY. (Anderson/Swenson, 2017)
