'MAJESTY'S SPLENDOR' Peony (Paeonia x lactiflora 'majesty's splendor')

A flower-in-flower, fully-double peony which opens rosy-pink, then matures to light blush-pink. Spectacular seven-inch blossoms with just one bloom per stem. Nicely rounded guard petals have some notching and surround the inner flower that is curled and folded like an opening rose. Pleasantly fragrant. Early mid-season blooming. Height to 32 inches, upright, self-supporting growth habit. (Anderson/Swenson, 2017).
