Peony 'Villa of the Mysteries' is an early mid-season herbaceous hybrid with upward-facing, semi-double to double coral-pink blossoms that fade away to lemony-yellow with occasional pink stripes. The 7" flower has a lovely lemon fragrance. 'Villa of the Mysteries' is a vigorous grower with an upright growth habit, healthy green foliage, and broad pointed leaves. With an average height 28 inches, this selection is at home in the cutting garden and the mid-border. (Introduced as an unregistered peony Scholten, 2022).
