A fully-double, late mid-season blooming herbaceous peony. Bright, rose-pink petals without appreciable stamen. Medium height with strong stems. An unusual color that stands out among other varieties. A good garden peony and also a good cut-flower that stores well for later. (Klehm, 1952).
