We are happy to assist you if you are having questions about plant care, siting, do's, and don'ts. Please do not hesitate to call or email us. However, we do not accept returns once a plant leaves our care. Please let us know if anything you purchase from us does not thrive as we may be able to help you salvage your loss.
In the event you decide to cancel your online order before it has been processed for packing and shipping, we offer a Full Store Credit towards future purchases. Any Voluntary Refund requests are subject to a 3% credit processing fee (retained by SHOPIFY) along with a 17% re-stocking fee.
