'MERRY CHRISTMAS' Amaryllis (Hippeastrum x 'merry christmas')

'Merry Christmas' is a red-flowering Symphony-type amaryllis with huge 8" blossoms! Each bulb will yield 2 or 3 flowering stalks with 4 or more shimmering-red flowers on each. Short stems only reach 12" in height carrying a stunning show of cheery holiday redness! These South African-grown bulbs are ready to grow and blossom once planted and watered. Can be grown outdoors in the garden in warmer zones where frost does not penetrate to the depth of the dormant bulb.
