'COLONEL OWEN COUSINS' Peony (Paeonia x lactiflora 'colonel owen cousins')
'COLONEL OWEN COUSINS' Peony (Paeonia x lactiflora 'colonel owen cousins')
When a flower bud grows to the size of a tennis ball before even opening, you know you're about to witness something truly special. This astonishing peony bears bomb-shaped, 8-10" blooms that are not only unbelievably large but breathtakingly beautiful. The ivory globe of beautifully crinkled inner petals is framed by a row of large, white guard petals tinged in salmon-copper. A gorgeous combination of clean edges and sumptuous, fragrant, crepe-center with a coppery glow. Head and shoulders more interesting than most whites. Early flowering. Height to 30".
Zones 3-8
Bare root 3/5-eye and field stock are available only in fall and winter.
POTTED OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING. PICK UP AT NURSERY ONLY.

Very happy with the great quality, big peony bareroots that I received. I can't wait to see them grow and bloom. I'll be back for more!
