'FESTIVA POWDER PUFF' Peony (Paeonia x lactiflora 'festiva powder puff')

A most attractive, large, fully-double, fluffy, blush-to-ivory blossom with appetizing candy striping. The flower form is flat with a classic peony fragrance. Good stem strength with a height of 26″, this mid-season bloomer is terrific for cutting. VERY LIMITED QUANTITY. (Klehm, 1986).
