'JOYFUL CELEBRATION' Peony (Paeonia x lactiflora 'joyful celebration')

Introduced in 2019, 'Joyful Celebration' blooms in the mid-season with fragrant, semi-double, rich-pink flowers. Each 28" stem is topped with a single, 4" to 5" cupped blossom. Two or three rows of rounded guard petals cup smaller, ruffled and notched inner petals of pink or ivory-streaked pink. Golden-yellow stamen are interspersed among the inner petals making for a very rich appearance. 'Joyful Celebration' is the perfect sized blossom for mixed arrangements where it will not over power like some of the larger selections. No staking necessary. Rare. EXTREMELY LIMITED AVAILABILITY.
