Early mid-season, double flowers are light-pink, 7' in diameter, upward facing, and average two per stem. Guard petals are frilled and ruffled. Minimal fragrance. Plants reach 32" at maturity, and carry broadly pointed, green foliage with undertones of purple. Sturdy, upright growth habit makes mechanical support unnecessary. Presents good potential for cut-flower production, and is a fine garden subject. Blooms alongside ‘Red Charm’. Named for the daughter of the Roman Emperor Vespasian. (Scholten, 2022).
