Also known as 'Fleur de Pecher' or simply 'Pecher', 'Noemie Demay' is a very special peony opening clear-pink and then fading to nearly pure-white with occasional red flares in the center. The center petals are sub-tended by a petticoat of guard petals making for a delightful and airy presentation. An old cultivar, the very fragrant and early-season plant carries it's fully-double flowers atop 32" stems useful for cutting. Great-grandmother probably had this one in her garden, too.
