'PEEKABOO FLASH' Itoh Peony (Peonia x intersectional 'peekaboo flash')

SINGLE. One 6 to 7-inch flower per stem. Light-pink petals, cupped, generally rounded in form, edges shallowly notched. As flowers age petals begin to fade to white, beginning at the extremities. Purple flares extend about one quarter the length of the petals. Fragrant. Foliage typical for this type of cross, burgundy to green on emergence.
