'PENNY LANE' Tree Peony (Paeonia x rockii 'jin di hong/penny lane')

Early-flowring Flare tree peony 'Penny Lane' (Jing Di Hong) has a classic red rose-type flower. The buds open to 7-inches very fragrant blossoms. 'Penny Lane' has an upright open habit and grows to about 4-feet tall and slightly less wide. 'Penny Lane' is one of the classic tree peonies that most gardeners will recognize.
