'PETITE ELEGANCE' Peony (Paeonia x lactiflora 'petite elegance')
A perfect peony if there ever was one! Delicately tinted and raspberry-tipped, classical fragrance, sturdy stems, and border-worthy foliage describe this garden sprite. An excellent cutting garden addition. Blooms in the mid-season with semi-double, soft delicate-pink with an ivory-cream glow at center of the blossom and lower petals. Raspberry streaking on the outer edges of the guard petals and light speckling presenting a stunning picotee effect. Height to 28". (Klehm, 1995).

Bare roots are available in the late-fall or winter only.
We do not ship potted peonies.

I will let you know my opinion of all the peonies in the spring when they hopefully bloom. First I hope they survive the late planting they got.
Plant bare root arrived quickly, very healthy looking, and was an impressive size. I'm very pleased with this order so far! Looking forward to seeing the first bloom.
