'Pink Charmer' opens a stunning blossom. It is a fully-double lactiflora with decorative stamen surrounded by finely ruffled layers of rose-pink petals. One to three buds per stem with reliable bloom and a long blooming period. No fragrance. 26″ tall with good, strong stems. Mid-season blooming, vigorous, and rich, deep-green foliage. Finely textured petallage, nicely-formed blossoms with lots of yellow center. Smooth opener. (Klehm, 1998).
