'ROSY PROSPECTS' Itoh Peony (Paeonia x intersectional 'rosy prospects')

'Rosy Prospects' is a tall, mid-season, large-flowered Itoh peony of exceptional merit. The single to semi-double guard petals are a clear white (unusual in Itoh) with basal flares of rosy-lavender. The inner petals are deeply cut and surround lavender carpels with pink tips of equal interest. The open flowers are a study in glamour. 36-inch stems are sturdy and held upright presenting the flowers individually.
