'SONOMA GUY SAVAL' Peony (Paeonia x lutea 'guy saval')

The 4"-5" blossoms of 'Sonoma GUY SAVAL' sport deep-burgundy petals contrasting beautifully with the frilly golden-yellow stamen at the center of the semi-double bloom. Attractive to pollinators. This tree peony tops out around 6' with a spread of 4' or more with encouragement. A mature plant will have dozens of blossoms making an early season display complete with a pleasant spicy fragrance. Each blooming branch will have a primary bud and several secondary side-buds which add length to the blooming period. Late to lose its leaves in the autumn. (Tolomeo/Gamoletti, 2021).

Bare root peonies are available only in the LATE FALL through EARLY SPRING.
