'STRAWBERRY BLUSH' Itoh Peony (Paeonia x intersectional 'strawberry blush')

Peony 'Strawberry Blush' opens its single-type blossoms with a strong strawberry color and as the flower matures fades to a mauve making the overall effect of many different colors on one plant. Each 26" stem bears an average of three flowers, 3" to 5" in size. No fragrance. This plant is very floriferous with most flowers setting atop and around the handsome green foliage. Blossoms mid-season.
