'FAITHFUL DREAM' Peony (Paeonia x lactiflora 'faithful dream')

Peony 'Faithful Dream' has a semi-double flower form, though established plants may produce fully-double flowers of salmon-pink petals that hold their color well until petal drop. Taking the best attributes from each of its award-winning parents, each stem bears one, 8-inch flower with occasional side buds on some stems. Foliage is large, dark-green, broadly pointed, and holds well into autumn. Upright plant habit with thick stems needing no mechanical support makes for a handsome bush in the landscape. Average height of 34 inches. Vigorous increase and strong overall growth. 'Faithful Dream' makes a very handsome perennial garden plant or a productive cutting peony. Introduced in 2014 this selection is still very difficult to find and in high demand. (Stanek, 2014).
