'Independence Day' is a late mid-season, fully-double, pink and white candy-striped peony. With its strong coloration, vigorous growth, and tall 34" sturdy stems this selection needs no support to keep looking its best. A seldom offered variety, 'Independence Day' is not often seen in the landscape or the florist, but that is changing. Difficult to find. (R. F. Andersen/Swenson Gardens, 2022).
