Early-season, semi-double hybrid peony whose blossom is made up of pointed, red petals with occasional white striping or splotches, and prominent golden-yellow stamen. Resembles a parrot tulip. 6" blossoms open atop 30" sturdy stems that support attractive foliage. (Scholten, 2022).
