Possibly the most festive of the Imperial or Japanese-type herbaceous peonies. The deep wine-red guard petals frame a gala mound of white, cream, pink and red spoon-like petaloids. The 10-inch blossoms of 'Nellie Saylor' and its many side buds on strong 36" stems keep the party lasting for weeks! The selection makes a perfect cut-flower, too. Fragrant. Very popular year after year for good reason. Mid to late-season.
