'PINK HAWAIIAN CORAL' Peony (Paeonia x lactiflora 'pink hawaiian coral')
'PINK HAWAIIAN CORAL' Peony (Paeonia x lactiflora 'pink hawaiian coral')
'Pink Hawaiian Coral' is one of our most sought-after varieties. As this fragrant, fully-double flower matures, its petals change from rose-coral to light coral, or almost cream, with a yellow heart. Sturdy, 36", straight stems and mounded foliage make for an excellent presentation in the early-season landscape. Blooms measure about 5½" in diameter, are quite fragrant, and are ideal for spring bouquets. A deserving winner of the American Peony Society 2000 Gold Medal and 2009 Award of Landscape Merit for superior landscape qualities. A prized cutting peony. Superior in every way. VERY LIMITED QUANTITIES and always sells out. (Klehm, 1981).
